In October 2015 The Meal was selected by the Ministry of Education to represent Greece at the Mediterranea 17 Young Artists Biennale in Milan. The work was included in the exhibition “No Food’s Land”, curated by Andrea Bruciati, which approached the issue of nourishment both as a biological and a symbolic function, fundamental to the creation of art – “…a call to reflect on how we nourish our deepest and invisible parts…”.

The Meal was presented in the industrial space of “Fabrica del Vapore”, for an audience of around 100 people. Meanwhile, in the main exhibition space, viewers could visit an installation with the project’s documentation material and watch a video of the performance, as it was staged in the archaeological site and various restaurants.
